That's My McDonald's, What's Yours?

Had a great time exercising with Kris at the Kallange Tennis Centre this morning, and decided to hop down to Queensway Shopping Centre to buy Kris a new cross-trainer. After not eating McDonald's since the beginning of this year, we decided to check them out.

We just watched 'Supersize Me' last week. :P

that's a pretty cool vid, jo. ^^ but i think macs in america is way more dangerous than singapore... that to eat the vaguely less dangerous type meals, you might as well go and eat at a diner or deli. there was once i ate at macs, and my hands were shaking from probably too much sugar!

(suffice to say, as interesting as it was, i'm not going back there for some time....)

Eat smart and avoid the McDs...

1) Wake up - Protein shake, whey isolate or soy
2) 10am - 3 egg white and tortilla wrap
3) 12 noon - Turkey on whole wheat w/ lettuce
4) 3 pm - Protein Shake with yougurt or almonds
5) 6 pm - Chicken breast and steamed veggies
6) 10pm - Whey isolate & yougurt.

Throw in a few bananas and a gallon of water - and NOW your talking fit nutrition. (Replace Chicken for white fish or tuna anytime).

and don't forget your multi-vitimin!
