Show Me The Way, With GPS

For our planned trip to Japan this April, we're hoping to move around Tokyo on some free and easy days. As Kris and I were discussing it, it occured to me to think about having a GPS system to aid our travels. So it begs the question:

Does anyone have or know someone who has a GPS system we might loan for a period of 2 weeks? Just asking out of curiosity. :)
